As a disciple within our Research Accelerator, you are not just participating—you are dedicating yourself to disciplined inquiry, mentorship, and shared accountability. Together, we challenge boundaries, cultivate excellence, and accelerate discoveries that shape the future of science.

Our community is grounded in good faith engagement, an honour system of delivery, and reciprocal contribution. Every disciple commits to an honour code that upholds integrity, accountability, and ethical practice. We give generously, credit transparently, and support one another’s growth—recognizing that collective excellence is built through trust and shared responsibility.

  • Eligibility for our Community of Practice includes:

    1. Women aged 15 years and older who have been accepted into, or are currently enrolled in, an undergraduate program at a post-secondary institution;

    2. Demonstrated leadership, evidenced by involvement in extracurricular or community activities;

    3. Academic achievement, with a minimum 80% average or equivalent GPA;

    4. Enrollment in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) program; and

    5. A strong interest in research and academic publishing, with a willingness to volunteer time in exchange for experience and up-skilling opportunities.
